Now it time to add your 3rd challenge and that is the DAILY 10,000 STEP CHALLENGE.

The mindset for this challenge is to find a way. Walks at night after dinner, walks at lunch time. I’ll

leave this in your capable hands.

If you’re someone who consistently hits 10,000 steps per day, your goal will be to hit 15,000 steps.

Keep track and share your steps with your fitness device.
